Delivery Policy

We aim to dispatch all orders within two business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). If we experience any delays, we will let you know as soon as possible. Please note all delivery times are from the date of dispatch.

Delivery rates are clearly displayed at checkout, before completing your order.

UK Orders

You have three delivery options to choose from:

Royal Mail First Class - orders normally arrive next working day, however there are occasionally delays which are beyond our control. Free when you spend over £30 - simply enter code SHIPFREE at checkout.

Royal Mail Signed For First Class - orders normally arrive next working day. Signature required on delivery for peace of mind.

Express Delivery - Royal Mail Special Delivery - guaranteed next business day delivery, arriving by 1pm Monday to Friday.

International Orders

Worldwide shipping is available on all products. International orders may be charged a customs and / or handling fee, for which we are not responsible.
