It was a joy to be part of the International Brotherhood of Magicians’ (IBM) Convention, held in sunny Eastbourne this year. I performed my dove act in the Gala Show and it was an honour to close the convention with my new show ‘Silver’. The first outing of the show since it’s debut run at the Edinburgh Fringe, I was overwhelmed with the response, receiving two standing ovations! I’ve never experienced a response like it from an audience, and for it to come from my peers made it even more special.
I’ve been going to the convention since 2008, and with so many familiar faces who have supported me over the years, the IBM really does feel like one big family :)
