The UCLU Magic Society's 2013 show, A Lesson In Deception was a huge success. It was a pleasure to perform alongside some fantastic people for 3 nights. I tried out some new material, all went well and the audiences were awesome!
The first Variety @ UCL was a huge success and I'm already looking forward to the next! The show was hosted by the one and only Max Somerset, who opened the evening with one of my favourite pieces of magic - his take on the cups and balls with an ending like you've never seen before!
Happy New Year!
I'm very excited about a couple of new things happening this year!
Firstly, Variety @ UCL, a new variety show which I'm organising on behalf of the UCLU Magic Society. I've been planning this for almost 2 years now, and I'm so pleased that it's finally happening.
It's almost Christmas and the annual UCL Psychology Department celebrations were a fantastic end to the term! The theme of this year's show was Psychovision, with lecturers and students taking turns to add a psychological twist some well known tunes!
This was a really fun project to be involved with. Moses Kim and Hanbit Cho are the two masterminds behind this Gangnam Style tribute and had me playing a slightly more sinister role than usual!
Here's it is - Piano Style!
What a fantastic week of magic. Noel Britten did a wonderful job organising an amazing line-up of quality magic and variety acts.
